We are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to work on a large scale project in North London managing the overall programme and delivery. The project is a highways scheme - infrastructure enabling future development. There will be elements of earthworks, remediation of the land and installing a new road.
Duties
Manage short and long-term programme planning
Oversee health & safety compliance and documentation
Support financial reporting and performance
Lead self-delivery of road construction package
Liaise with site engineers, QS team, and Contracts Manager
Person Specification
Strong Managerial experience on highways projects
Will have worked on a self delivery scheme
Good Health & safety knowledge
Experience running short and long term programming
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Full Time - 40 hours - Monday to Friday
