The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all site activities, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Responsibilities
Oversee daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety regulations.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials and services.
Supervise site staff and subcontractors, providing leadership and guidance to ensure high performance.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, monitoring progress against milestones.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Manage project documentation, including progress reports, risk assessments, and quality control records.
Resolve any issues or delays promptly to minimise impact on project timelines.
Liaise with stakeholders to communicate project updates and address any concerns or changes in scope.
Skills
Proven management experience within the construction or infrastructure sector.
Supervising experience with a track record of leading diverse teams effectively.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 scheduling software is essential.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
Excellent communication skills to liaise confidently with clients, contractors, and team members.
Problem-solving aptitude with a proactive approach to resolving on-site challenges.
