Site Manager - Specialist Civil Engineering Subcontractor
London | Multiple Sites
Up to 350 per day
We're recruiting a Site Manager for an established Kent-based specialist subcontractor delivering works for Tier 1 main contractors across multiple projects in London. Their core business is fire protection, concrete works, builders works, enabling packages.
Key responsibilities:
Day-to-day site management of specialist subcontract works Coordination of labour, plant, and materials Ensuring H&S, quality, and programme compliance Liaison with Tier 1 site teams and project stakeholders
Requirements:
Proven Site Manager experience (subcontractors) SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold preferred), First Aid Experience working for subcontractors for tier one main contractors (must have)
