Job Description
I am currently in need of a Site Manager to manage a 150k refurbishment of a school in Central London for a Tier 1 main contractor. The project is a live refurbishment of an external playground area whilst making alterations to some existing classrooms.
The Candidate - must be capable of delivering the project standalone reporting into a visiting contract manager and be able to do sequencing, short term programming, trade management, site inductions, raise permits, tool box talks, work to tight deadlines, influence H&S on site, Q/A etc.
Site tickets required are SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified. DBS will be required for the role.
My client are looking to pay a competitive day rate and are looking to start the suitable candidate ASAP.
