We're now looking for a

Site Manager

-- or an experienced

Working Foreman

ready to step up -- to lead projects from start to finish, ensuring they're delivered safely, on programme, and to an excellent standard.

Responsibilities

Running day-to-day operations on live sites Coordinating trades and managing subcontractors Ensuring full compliance with H&S, CDM 2015, and Building Regulations Keeping up-to-date site diaries, RAMS, toolbox talks, and quality records Liaising with clients, consultants, and Building Control Managing material orders, deliveries, and on-site logistics Driving progress to hit programme milestones and deadlines Providing hands-on support when needed (ideal for a working foreman moving up)

Qualifications

5+ years' experience as a Site Manager or Senior/Working Foreman Strong refurbishment or small-new-build background CSCS card + First Aid at Work Excellent understanding of construction sequencing & H&S compliance Confident working with subcontractors and external consultants Able to read and interpret drawings and specifications Full driving licence + own transport

Desirable

Trade background (joinery, brickwork, general building) Experience with CDM, Building Regulations, and quality control systems
