ContractWe're looking for an experienced
Site Manager
to oversee re-cladding works on an accommodation block inManchester
. The role will involve managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.Key responsibilities:
Supervise all on-site activities for the facade packages Coordinate trades, materials, and deliveries Ensure health & safety procedures are followed at all times Maintain site records, progress reports, and quality checks Work closely with the Project Manager and client team to keep the job on schedule
What we're looking for:
Experience managing facade or envelope projects Strong knowledge of cladding and roofing systems CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications Organised, proactive, and able to manage teams confidently
