We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our team at Connolly Ltd, managing a variety of internal and external refurbishment projects within the Social Housing sector. This includes works such as kitchens, bathrooms, heating systems, windows, doors, roofing, and external improvements.
The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Experience in one or more of these workstreams is desirable, but we welcome applications from candidates with proven site management experience in any area of refurbishment or construction.

What you will be responsible for...
Managing day-to-day site operations across internal and external refurbishment projects
Ensuring compliance with scope of works, specifications, and programme timelines
Preparing progress reports, monitoring schedules, and signing off quality assurance documentation
Managing budgets in collaboration with the QS team to optimise project profitability
Coordinating site teams, setting clear objectives, and planning daily activities
Conducting site inductions and maintaining accurate records
Ensuring operatives have correct materials, PPE, and equipment to work safely and effectively
Maintaining a safe, clean, and tenant-considerate site environment
Overseeing quality of works delivered by direct labour and subcontractors
Liaising with residents and client representatives to ensure clear communication and minimal disruption
What we'd like from you...
Proven experience in Site Management within refurbishment or construction
Knowledge of Social Housing environments and tenant engagement
Valid SMSTS qualification
First Aid at Work certification
Asbestos Awareness (desirable but not essential)
Excellent organisational and communication skills
