Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Site Manager to oversee construction projects and ensure their successful completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, experience in supervising teams, and proficiency in project management software such as Procore and MS Project . This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead diverse projects, coordinate teams, and maintain high standards of safety and quality on-site.

Duties

Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to maintain efficient workflows. Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and monitor progress against milestones. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular site inspections. Manage procurement of materials and equipment, maintaining accurate records of inventory. Liaise with the project manager, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to communicate project status and resolve issues promptly. Prepare reports on project progress, risks, and challenges for senior management. Implement quality control procedures to meet industry standards and client expectations. Reviewing project / Facade specifications - to ensure subcontractor proposals are in line with Design Team and Client specification. Carrying out technical appraisal of Subcontractors proposals to ensure compliance with specifications. Chairing regular facade design coordination meetings with the Design Team and specialist subcontractors through traditional and D&B projects. Ensuring coordination of facade elements across various subcontract packages and oversight of the detailed interface to ensure building air and weather tightness is achieved. Planning and programming the overall facade construction programme from start to finish in conjunction with the Project Manager. Ensuring that sub-contractors understand the system and have all the up to date and necessary drawings to complete their design, procurement and manufacturing works.

Experience

Proven management experience within the construction and facade work. Knowledge of using the Procore sofrware . Supervising experience with a track record of leading successful teams on-site. Proficiency in Primavera P6 or similar project management software is essential. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to construction sites. This role requires a proactive leader capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. The successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering projects that meet both client expectations and industry standards.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 35,000.00-45,000.00 per year
