SITE MANAGER

OVERVIEW

Contract Type: Permanent - Full Time

Salary Range: 40,000 - 50,000, depending on experience

Location: Northwest Head Office and site locations within UK

What are we looking for?

An experienced Site Manager that wants to progress in the Civils industry. Reporting to the Director and effectively managing the construction teams across multiple sites.

Day to day responsibilities

Reporting to the Director

Manage each project/contract undertaken by C H Civils LTD

Liaise with the client to deliver exceptional service and to ensure a smooth delivery of the client's expectations

Lead the construction team on every site, working closely with the site supervisor to ensure maximum productivity.

Maintain quality control procedures across all sites

Preparation of site reports, design and drawings and continual monitoring and updating when necessary

Report writing and maintaining of records

Manage all company equipment, tools, and materials including ordering, maintenance, and logistics

Securing necessary permits and licences necessary for each project

Ideal Candidate

Effective team leader

Be able to tackle on-site challenges and solve problems swiftly

Have a keen eye for detail

An excellent communicator

Able to get things done quickly whilst using own initiative

Deliver the company vision and goals

Manage the development and deployment of the team

Looking to establish themselves and progress within the company

Essential to this role

Site Supervision Safety Training qualification

Travel between multi sites

Self-motivated

Ambitious
