regional main contractor

with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality construction projects across the Midlands and South of England. Due to continued growth and a strong secured pipeline, they are seeking an experienced

Site Manager

to join their delivery team in Oxfordshire.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on, organised and client-facing Site Manager who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering projects safely, on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day site operations and ensure work progresses in line with programme Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site logistics Maintain excellent standards of health, safety and site compliance Carry out quality checks, snagging and ensure workmanship meets specification Deliver toolbox talks, site inductions and daily/weekly briefings Work closely with the Project Manager and commercial team to support cost, programme and delivery targets Maintain site records, reporting, permits and documentation Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and local stakeholders Ensure the project is completed to the highest quality and handed over successfully

About You

Proven experience as a

Site Manager

with a main contractor Background delivering projects in sectors such as

education, healthcare, commercial, industrial or community buildings

Strong leadership skills and ability to drive performance on site Excellent communication and organisational abilities Competent in reading drawings, sequencing works and managing trades Positive, collaborative attitude with strong client-facing skills

SMSTS, CSCS (Manager card), First Aid
