We are looking for a dynamic Site Manager to join our team. As a Site Manager, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of projects by providing site management across single projects or smaller multiple projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to our continued growth and success.

Responsibilities:

Plan workload and organise others Solve challenging problems and proactively find solutions in changing situations Understand and apply safe working practices Carry out risk assessments Be proactive with good communication skills Prepare materials, lists and arrange deliveries in advance Complete activities to a very high standard Primarily working away (based in North Yorkshire) - accommodation & travel allowances provided. Company vehicle will be provided

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager in the roofing and cladding industry, with a focus on metal systems Previous site management experience and a good knowledge of roofing and cladding services and legislation Must have the ability to think clearly in extreme circumstances IPAF / SMSTS / First Aid / Asbestos (Non-Licensed) Full clean driver's licence Asbestos awareness would be advantageous (UKATA) Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised and to work as part of a team Flexible and adaptable to change Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines Professional accreditation or membership with relevant industry bodies is desirable

Schedule:

Monday to Thursday - 10 hours shifts, or; Friday to Sunday - 10 hour shifts
