Job Description

Leda Group are working with a leading construction company specialising in refurbishments, commercial builds, and care facility projects across the country.

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to manage a project in Richmond ensuring high-quality delivery managing a care facility refurbishment for a 20 - 30 week period.

Please note, this is a live site and the refurbishment will take place in stages while other parts of the care facility remain occupied.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and coordinate site activities

- Manage subcontractors and direct labour to ensure work is completed efficiently and safely

- Monitor project timelines, budgets and quality standards

- Liaise with clients, architects and surveyors where required

Qualifications:

- Proven Site Management experience within refurbishment and projects (preferably care facilities).

- Strong organisational and communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: 280.00-300.00 per day
