Weatherproofing Advisors is a national Roofing, Cladding and Scaffolding company with locations in Glasgow, Newcastle, Merseyside, London, and Bristol. We are currently recruiting for the following position:
1 - Site Manager
for our London Branch, but to be living around the Sittingbourne (Kent) area.Key Responsibilities:
Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company policies Maintain accurate site documentation and update our online portal daily Review and manage RAMS, SHEQ files, and site-specific safety plans Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and operatives to meet project timelines Monitor site progress, quality of work, and resource allocation Conduct service reviews and maintain strong client communication Manage stock levels, site surveys, and reporting Support budgeting, cost monitoring, and procurement (up to 1,000)
What You'll Bring:
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Experience in site management, ideally within roofing or construction Knowledge of CDM regulations and H&S standards Excellent communication and organisational abilities Familiarity with digital reporting tools and service portals
