About the Role:

Our client, a leading civil engineering and construction company, is looking for

experienced Earthworks Site Managers

to join their team. These are frontline management roles, overseeing earthworks operations on high-profile projects across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage earthworks site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality Supervise and coordinate site teams and subcontractors Maintain strict health & safety compliance on site Manage project budgets, resources, and equipment efficiently Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to report progress and resolve issues

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager in earthworks / civils projects Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and organisational abilities Knowledge of health & safety regulations and quality standards
