Job Description
As the Site Manager you will oversee a Residential contract working on Void properties primarily Refurbishments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the delivery of a Void works, ensuring works are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards. Act as the primary point of contact for the client Conduct site inspections, and client meetings to maintain service levels Report to senior management on performance, progress.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in Site Management within construction or social housing.
Salary: 55,000
Travel allowance provided or Vehicle / Fuel card
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 50,000.00-55,000.00 per year
