Salary - 55k plus package | Yorkshire plus travel | Start November
We need a Site Manager with retail experience - Supermarket Fit Outs & Refurbs
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience managing retail and general construction projects Strong understanding of traditional building methods and modern construction techniques Excellent knowledge of construction regulations and H&S compliance Skilled in managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
CSCS Black or Gold Card (or equivalent)
SMSTS Certification
First Aid
Asbestos
Flexible for Regional or Nationwide travel
