Site Manager/supervisor
Job Description
Your Responsibilities:
Manage sites from inception through to completion.
Complete detailed site records.
Ensuring top level H&S is carried out and adhered to.
Attend client meetings and report against programme.
Plan daily/weekly tasks to ensure operations are completed efficiently.
Ensure conformance with Company policy & procedures.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role working for civil engineering/groundwork contractors.
Proven experience in all aspects of civil engineering, specifically new build plots.
Experience working to and managing programmes.
Ability to deliver projects to a tight programme.
SSSTS/SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid.
NVQ L4 for Managers is an advantage but not essential.
Up to date knowledge of compliance and industry requirements (Health & Safety).
Reporting open & honestly to senior management.
Full driving licence.
