This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, knowledgeable Telesales Representative to join our team.
You will be responsible for following up on generated leads and producing sales over the phone. Your responsibilities include contacting potential customers, focusing on a customer's needs and using this knowledge to close sales. You will have excellent communication skills and strong sales skills. You should also be meticulous in keeping records and able to independently handle all aspects of making a sale.

Your key responsibilities
To sell our site supplies & PPE products to potential customers by telephone.
Understand the customers' needs and offer solutions.
Demonstrate good knowledge of the company's range of products.
Identify sales opportunities and act on them
Document customer information, payment methods and purchases.
Keep up to date on all sold products and packages.
Inform existing customers of new products or services.
Regularly update your CRM and manage your pipeline.
Create lasting relationships with customers to generate repeat sales.
Meet sales targets.
What YOU WILL BRING to the role
Previous experience in telesales positions
Ideally a knowledge of Site Supplies & PPE products
Fantastic sales ability
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem - solving skills
Working knowledge of computer software
The ability to meet objections with positive solutions
Evidence of success with existing customer relationships
A great brand ambassador who can negotiate at all levels
