Site & Operations Manager - Multi-Site Self-Storage Facilities
North West London (Greater London) - Multi-Site Role
Full-time, on-site role with occasional flexibility (some evenings/weekends)
Please apply via this listing only. Do not contact easyStorage HQ.
Company Overview
Join the UK's fastest-growing storage brand: easyStorage. We're shaking up the industry with affordable, flexible, and customer-first storage solutions, making high-quality storage more accessible than ever.
As a franchise team within the easyStorage network, we're building something exceptional from the ground up, and we're growing fast. With multiple new sites launching and more in the pipeline, this is a rare opportunity to be part of an ambitious, hands-on operation backed by a nationally recognised brand.
We're looking for someone who's ready to take ownership, grow with the business, and help shape the future of our operations. You'll work closely with experienced business leaders in a dynamic, startup-style environment where your ideas matter and your impact is immediate.
Role Overview
As Site & Operations Manager, you'll lead daily operations across a growing network of self-storage sites across Greater London.
This is a multi-skilled role that combines site management, customer service, logistics, and admin. You'll coordinate container deliveries, manage customer move-ins, handle enquiries, and ensure each site is clean, organised, and running smoothly.
You'll play a central role in our growth. You'll help launch new locations and build strong customer relationships, all while working closely with senior leadership in a fast-moving, high-trust environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Site Operations & Delivery Coordination
Oversee container deliveries and unit installation, including setting blocks and shims with care and accuracy
Manage daily site operations across locations, including stock movement, site planning, and logistics
Maintain consistently high standards of site cleanliness, layout, and presentation. Take pride in every detail
? You're a meticulous planner and a bit of a perfectionist. The kind of person who gets real satisfaction from stepping back and seeing everything just right.
2. Customer Success & Site Experience
Act as the primary point of contact for customers. Build strong, lasting relationships from first enquiry through contract setup, move-in, and beyond
Guide customers through the full storage process with clarity, warmth, and professionalism
Confidently handle questions, payments, renewals, and any issues. Aim to resolve problems before they become bigger and uglier
? You care deeply about people having a great experience. You know how to stay calm under pressure, keep things personal (not robotic), and make sure customers feel looked after from start to finish.
3. Business Growth, Marketing & Local Partnerships
Drive occupancy by managing walk-ins, repeat business, and high-value local accounts
Follow up on warm leads from the central sales team. Add a personal, local touch to convert bookings
Build relationships with local businesses, estate agents, and tradespeople to grow awareness and drive referrals
Lead local marketing efforts, from networking and leaflet drops to signage, listings, and community outreach
Support promotions and pricing strategies to help maximise revenue
? You don't need to be a traditional salesperson. Just someone who's great with people, quick to follow up, and naturally tuned into local opportunities. You'll be backed by a national brand and central team, but your on-the-ground initiative will help us grow.
4. Health & Safety & Compliance
Ensure sites meet all health, safety, and compliance standards
Carry out regular checks and keep clear records for insurance and operational purposes
? You take safety seriously and understand that a well-run site is a safe site. You're reliable, thoughtful, and a good human.
