Site Operative
Job Description
We are looking to recruit a Team Member who is honest and reliable and a good time keeper. 4 on 4 off rota system, 6am - 2pm. Must be willing to help cover other staff holidays.
Responsibilities :
Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
Take customer orders and process payments accurately
Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area
Promote and upsell menu items to increase sales
Restocking shop - date checking items and cleaning shelves
Experience :
Knowledge of food hygiene
Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
Training and uniform provided
12.21 p/h
