The Role




Were expanding our Site Operations Team and are looking for enthusiastic Site Technicians ready to play an active role out in the field. Whether youre experienced with tools or simply motivated to learn, well provide full training to give you the skills you need.


This is a remote role based from our Maidenhead HQ and involves daily travel to sites across the region and the UK. Youll be fully equipped with a company van, tools, and all necessary kit.


The role follows an Annualised Hours contract averaging 37 hours per week, which provides flexibility across the year. Our busiest periods run from March to July and again from September to November, when longer shifts and occasional overnight stays are part of the job. To support work-life balance, annual leave is structured so that time off during busy months is limited. However, during quieter periods, mandatory leave weeks only deduct a portion of your holiday allowance (e.g. one week off uses just two days of leave), stretching your entitlement further.


As part of our team, youll be installing and maintaining roadside survey equipment, collecting data, and ensuring our projects are delivered safely and efficiently. If you like variety, working outdoors, and being hands-on with practical kit, this role will give you all three.

Your Responsibilities Will Include



Installing and removing roadside survey equipment in line with H&S procedures On-site equipment checks and fault-finding Occasional manual traffic count surveys Supporting wider Site Operations activity as requested

Requirements



Full, valid UK driving licence Practical/technical background useful (but not essentialtraining provided) Confidence using power tools (desirable) Flexibility with working patterns and shifts Good organisational skills and attention to detail Able to follow processes, identify H&S risks, and meet deadlines Average or above numeracy and IT ability
