The Role



As a Site Operative, you will be responsible for performing various tasks to aid daily operations at our digital and construction sites. You will load and unload tools or raw materials as well as digital screens, assembling scaffolding operating Mewp or other pieces of equipment and digging bases throughout the construction process. Our digital installation projects take place in all areas within the UK and you will be expected to work away as and when requested.

Duties include:

Assist with operating tools onsite, and take care for construction equipment and machines. You will be responsible for loading or unloading construction materials. Manage the installation and removal of temporary structures, such as scaffolding, fencing , hoarding and various building materials. Assist with the maintenance of removing, filling or compacting earth. Digger tickets an advantage. You must have the ability to work at height within a construction site or digital advertising builds. You will be responsible for the removal of advertising structures and installation of new ones and always ensure the site is maintained to high standard of service. Follow and adhere to instructions from supervisors and team leaders at all levels within the Company. Undertake regular onsite training or external training courses, in order to complete tasks efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for preparing site clean-up at the end of each shift. Assist other departments with ad-hoc duties, as and when required. This role will entail working evening when required and weekend work every other weekend. Erecting and posting large banners on scaffold frames via scaffolding or MEWPS. Standard pay throughout all work - (no time and half).
