We are seeking a proactive and self-motivated part time

Sales Consultant

to join our team at our luxury new home development in Southall. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly driven individual with previous experience in

estate agency or new home sales

to play a pivotal role in our sales process. The hours will be Wednesdays & Saturday 10am - 5pm

Key Responsibilities:

Meet and engage with potential purchasers, providing exceptional customer service. Book and conduct property viewings, following up with potential buyers to obtain feedback. Ensure the show house is always in pristine and presentable condition. Assist in developing and refining the sales strategy to maximise conversion rates. Manage and respond to new inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Handle walk-in enquiries, providing detailed information about the properties and development. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales progress. Work independently for a large portion of the day, demonstrating initiative and diligence.

Key Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in

estate agency or new home sales

is

essential

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Self-motivated and capable of working independently. Professional, presentable, and customer-focused. IT proficient, with experience in Microsoft Office.
