As our
Security Manager
, you will oversee all aspects of physical and operational security across our sites. You'll take ownership of developing and implementing robust security strategies, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, and leading a team of security professionals to deliver exceptional standards.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading and developing a security team to ensure consistent, high?quality performance
Designing and implementing security policies aligned with organisational goals
Managing incident response processes and conducting thorough investigations
Conducting risk assessments and recommending mitigation strategies
Scoping and Rostering for all needs including enhanced security periods and business events ensuring sufficient trained personnel availability with the relevant Eisai Department
Ownership of any enhanced security requirements as requested by the client, ensuring that any mandated processes are correctly undertaken and personally overseen.

What We're Looking For
Previous managerial experience is required 3-4yrs
A valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
Confident communicator with strong report writing and IT skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Professional, proactive, and committed to maintaining the highest standards.
