Site Service Co-Ordinator - Barnet Hospital

30,224 Per Annum

5/7 Days - No later than 8:30pm

Join Medirest and lead our Catering Service teams to deliver exceptional service and spotless standards. You'll enhance the customer experience through effective supervision, smart resource management, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

What You'll Do

Oversee daily catering operations, ensuring all services meet client SLAs and company standards. Promote a strong Health & Safety culture, reporting and addressing hazards promptly. Conduct regular quality audits and drive continuous improvement. Recruit, train, and motivate your team to deliver outstanding results. Manage rotas, timesheets, budgets, and stock levels efficiently. Support your Line Manager with compliance, documentation, and operational excellence. Represent "The Medirest Way" in everything you do.

What You'll Bring

Experience in a Soft FM, Support Service environment (12+ Months) Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH regulations. IT literacy and basic numeracy. Flexibility to meet business needs and attend off-site training. Minimum NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification.
