Site Services Assistant

to join our team and contribute to our mission of excellence!



Our Darlington DC will be ready to go live soon and we are now looking for a Site Services Assistant to join our new team.

Position Summary:

Working as part of a cohesive team that will provide support across the distribution centre. The Site Services Assistant will undertake planned and unplanned maintenance.

Responsibilities:



Undertake planned maintenance; inspections, daily weekly and monthly Day to day frontline fault finding and repair work To support a 24 hour call out service Assist with contractor control and management Maintain accurate job and service records Assist with the service and maintenance of automated conveyer systems Assist with the installation of new electrical and non-electrical equipment Additional works as required by site manager To work in a multi-temperature food storage environment

Qualifications:

Technical competencies



Required



Educated to ONC level or equivalent Competent in Microsoft packages including Excel, Word and Outlook Demonstrate a good track record of achieving results. Previous experience working within production and warehouse environment Experience in planned Preventative Maintenance Systems 3 years' experience in building maintenance

Desirable



18th Edition Certification in welding Conveyer systems and robotics Experience of working with an Ammonia Refrigeration Plant
