We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both team members and clients.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Manage a team of workers, providing guidance, support, and training as necessary. Coordinate schedules and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines. Conduct regular inspections of the site to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications. Maintain accurate records of site activities, including attendance, incidents, and project progress. Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns. Implement improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency on-site.

Skills

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a construction or similar environment. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members and clients. Ability to motivate and lead a diverse team while fostering a positive work environment. Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to the industry. Proficient in using relevant software for reporting and documentation purposes.
