Parklands High School, an Academy dedicated to excellence, is looking for a dedicated and proactive Site Supervisor (Grade 4) to join our premises team.
What You Will Be Doing
As our Site Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the school buildings and grounds are safe, secure, and welcoming. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting regular site walks and addressing or reporting issues as they arise
Preparing the site for school events and clearing up afterwards
Performing basic maintenance and minor repairs
Monitoring supplies and notifying when stock needs replenishment
Testing portable electrical equipment (if trained)
Driving and maintaining the school minibus when needed
Supporting compliance with Health and Safety procedures
Using digital systems to manage your workload efficiently
Who We Are Looking For
You are a reliable, self-motivated individual who is:
Organised and practical, with good problem-solving skills
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Flexible with your working hours (some evening or weekend availability may be needed)
Committed to maintaining high health and safety standards
Willing to undertake relevant training and occasional off-site duties
