We are seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to join our team at Spar Twin Spires in the UK. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our new store, contributing significantly to our mission of providing exceptional service and an engaging shopping atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in store management. Lead and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Implement training programs for new employees to ensure compliance with company standards. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations within the store. Develop strategies to improve store performance based on sales data analysis. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

Proven management experience in a retail setting is essential. Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team. Familiarity with project management tools like Primavera P6 is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A competitive spirit with a commercial mindset.
