Positions Available:
Lead fitter
Requirements:
Proven experience supervising solar or mechanical installation works. SSSTS / SMSTS certification. CSCS card (essential). Competent with torque tools and QA documentation. Strong leadership and communication skills.
Responsabilities:
Supervise a team of 5-6 operatives carrying out structure and module installation. Oversee racking assembly, torque checks, and quality assurance. Ensure all work complies with manufacturer specifications and H&S requirements. Coordinate daily tasks, productivity, and site reporting. Lead toolbox talks and promote a safety-first, collaborative culture.
