Location:

Hay Hall Business Park, Tyseley, Birmingham, B31 4QA

Pay:

17.68 PAYE / 22.92 Umbrella (Overtime 23.51)

Hours:

07:30 - 16:30 (40 hours per week, 8 hours per day)

Contract:

Minimum 3 months

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

Site Supervisor

to join our team in Birmingham. This role requires excellent organisational and leadership skills, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity onsite.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain a daily site diary (progress, deliveries, plant, etc.) Manage safe systems of work and implement safety control measures Interpret design drawings and ensure works are constructed to a high standard Supervise operatives and coordinate with the Site Engineer Support Civils & Highways projects to a high performance standard
Key Skills & Requirements

Strong understanding of health & safety risks on construction sites Proven experience supervising people in Civils/Highways Ability to escalate and resolve issues effectively Good communication and teamwork skills

Valid Driver Licence
