We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction or infrastructure projects on-site. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining safety standards. Duties
Coordinate and supervise daily site activities to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project schedules.
Lead and manage site teams, including subcontractors and labour personnel, fostering a collaborative working environment.
Utilise Primavera P6 to develop, update, and monitor project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and suppliers to facilitate smooth communication and resolve any issues promptly.
Prepare progress reports and documentation for project stakeholders.
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with legal requirements, company policies, and environmental regulations.
Qualifications
Proven experience in management within the construction or infrastructure sector, with a strong background in supervising teams.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 for project scheduling and planning.
Demonstrable leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, suitable for liaising with diverse stakeholders.
Relevant qualifications in construction management or related fields are desirable but not essential. This position requires a dedicated professional capable of overseeing complex projects while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. The ideal candidate will possess excellent management capabilities complemented by practical experience in supervising teams on-site.
