Overview


We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction and project operations on-site. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily activities, ensuring safety compliance, and coordinating with various teams to deliver projects efficiently. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a professional with strong management skills and a background in construction supervision to contribute to the successful completion of projects within our organisation.

Duties



Supervise daily site operations, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications. Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain workflow continuity. Utilise Primavera P6 for project scheduling, progress tracking, and resource management. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met and safety protocols are adhered to. Manage site documentation, including progress reports, safety records, and compliance documentation. Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to communicate project updates and resolve issues promptly. Enforce health and safety regulations, conducting toolbox talks and safety audits regularly. Assist in planning future phases of the project by providing accurate feedback on progress and resource needs.

Experience



Proven experience in managing construction sites or similar environments with a strong supervisory background. Demonstrable proficiency in Primavera P6 project management software. Previous supervising experience is essential; candidates should have a track record of leading teams effectively. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders. Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to construction sites is required. This role is ideal for a motivated professional eager to lead projects from inception through completion while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Pay: 30,420.00-40,291.23 per year
