Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to join our team in the United Kingdom. Based at our project site, you will play a vital role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Your leadership will contribute directly to our mission of delivering exceptional service safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily site operations ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project plans. Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to meet project deadlines. Manage on-site personnel, providing guidance and support. Monitor progress and report on project status. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Optimize resource allocation to maximize productivity. Foster a culture of safety and teamwork among staff. Troubleshoot issues promptly to minimize delays.

Qualifications

Proven management and supervisory experience in industrial or construction environments. Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 or similar project management software. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to coordinate multiple tasks effectively. Commitment to safety standards and best practices. Relevant certifications in health & safety preferred. Experience working within the UK construction or industrial sector is advantageous.
