The Role

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Site Supervisor to join our growing team. Reporting to the Contract Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient delivery of void refurbishment works across our contracts, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

Supervise site productivity to ensure works are delivered on time and to high-quality standards. Ensure all works meet client specifications and company expectations. Promote and monitor site safety, complete safety inspection forms weekly, and report near misses promptly. Conduct regular checks on company vehicles and operative equipment. Identify, record, and report additional works or variations to the commercial team. Maintain photographic progress records for each property and report regularly. Update company software systems with current project information. Support the Contract Manager in managing sub-contractors and maintaining service quality. Escalate urgent issues or events promptly and highlight emerging trends affecting performance. Ensure all Health & Safety policies and practices are adhered to by all personnel on site.

The Candidate

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role within the construction industry. Recognised certification in Health & Safety Management. Proven leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience managing teams. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Ability to supervise teams effectively and enforce safety standards. Full UK driving licence. Experience in building maintenance and refurbishment environments. Knowledge of current health and safety legislation.

Pay: 32,000.00-34,500.00 per year
