Site Supervisor (Civil) based in

Bristol to be part of our growing team.

| KEY RESPONSIBILITIES |

Supervise and coordinate multiple civils/utilities sites, ensuring the safe and effective execution of deep excavations, pipelines, and related structures. Ensure compliance with health & safety standards (RAMS) Manage resource allocation, materials delivery, and scheduling to achieve project deadlines and standards. Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and quality checks, providing timely updates and reports. Maintain accurate site records, documentation, and commercial reporting. Monitor project progress, implement changes as required, and resolve on-site issues promptly.

| QUALIFICATION |

Educated to GCSE (or equivalent) level SSSTS Qualification Health and Safety & First Aid qualification

| EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE |

Essential

At least 5 years' experience as a supervisor Strong knowledge of civil engineering construction and utilities installation. Proven ability to supervise, coordinate, and motivate teams on complex sites.

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise own workload. Developed problem solving skills, including the ability to manage conflicting work demands. Capacity to work independently with limited supervision. Excellent team player with the ability to lead and develop those within the team Be able to undertake a continuous review of procedures to achieve and maintain best practice. Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to liaise and advise staff at all levels, both in written and verbal. Excellent problem solver with the ability to deliver high quality and practical solutions To be flexible and work as part of a team. Able to work under pressure and meet short deadlines. Must be very 'hands on' with Can do attitude Strong IT skills particularly with MS office
