THE ROLE

SITE SUPERVISOR

Reporting directly to the Contracts Manager you will be responsible for the daily work on customers sites. Managing the work schedule and ensure all Health & Safety, materials and site personnel are in place each day.

This role forms a critical part of day-to-day operations of the business and brings with it a high degree of responsibility. Candidates will need to feel comfortable operating under pressure and be capable of making independent decisions quickly if needed.

Managing a small team, and networking with members of the leadership team and suppliers means that you will need excellent people management skills and be fantastically well organised. The key objectives for the role will be the ability to supervise a team to ensure the work is completed to the highest standard and meets the customers' expectations. Be a leader in health & safety on site and responsible for compliance with HSE guidelines. Write safe systems of work and carry out risk assessments as required. Carry out toolbox talks. Line manager responsibilities for a small team. A key member of the leadership team to deliver all site KPIs both operationally and financially. Lead all the team on site to perform to the highest standards. Develop processes and procedures to optimize and drive continuous improvement in terms of team performance. Implement all client site process and procedures and ensure they are always met. Complete all site reporting administration and handovers as necessary. Take responsibility for own personal development, in line with agreed annual performance objectives.

Extremely well organized and disciplined Confident introducing and driving new processes, procedures and change in a business Competent IT skills Health & Safety knowledge Clean driving license Relevant industry experience
Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience.
