Job Summary

As Drylining Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all drylining activities on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role involves supervising operatives and subcontractors, coordinating with site management, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage drylining works including metal stud partitions, plaster boarding, MF ceilings, shaft walls, fire-rated systems and airless plastering Coordinate daily site activities, labour, materials, and plant related to drylining operations Ensure works are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, and method statements Monitor quality standards and carry out inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements Enforce health & safety procedures, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure RAMS are followed Liaise with the Site Manager, Project Manager, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow and sequencing Manage subcontractors and direct labour, including productivity and attendance Identify and report defects, delays, or issues and assist in resolving them efficiently Maintain accurate site records including progress reports and safety documentation Support programme targets and assist with handovers and snagging works

Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Drylining Supervisor or Senior Dryliner on construction sites Strong knowledge of drylining systems, materials, and installation methods Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Good leadership and communication skills Strong awareness of health & safety legislation and site procedures Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines

Qualifications & Certifications

SSSTS or SMSTS (preferred) CSCS Card First Aid at Work (desirable)

Contract length: 6 months
