Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction and project operations on-site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily activities, ensuring safety standards, and coordinating with various teams to deliver projects efficiently. Duties

Supervise daily site activities, ensuring all work is carried out safely and in accordance with project specifications and regulations. Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely progress of the project. Monitor project schedules using Primavera P6, adjusting plans as necessary to meet deadlines. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Manage resource allocation, including labour, materials, and equipment, to optimise productivity. Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to senior management and clients. Identify potential issues or delays early and implement corrective actions promptly. Enforce quality control measures throughout all phases of construction.

Skills

Proven management experience within the construction or engineering sectors. Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively. Proficiency in Primavera P6 for project scheduling and planning. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for liaising with clients, contractors, and team members. Ability to problem-solve proactively and make informed decisions under pressure. Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to construction sites. This position requires a motivated individual capable of managing multiple responsibilities while maintaining a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering projects on time and within scope through effective supervision and management skills.
