Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Roaming Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills and have extensive construction site experience. This role involves coordinating daily operations, supervising teams, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining project schedules to deliver high-quality results efficiently.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, schematics, and blueprints. Manage subcontractors, vendors, and construction crews to meet project deadlines and quality standards. Read and interpret drawings , schematics, and technical information accurately. Monitor project progress Conduct quality control inspections to verify work meets safety standards and specifications. Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment on-site. Review resource allocation. Communicate variations and changes to the management team Assist with trade tasks where appropriate

Experience

Some Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in working on site. Demonstrated ability to understand multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards. Familiarity with multi residential / bespoke residential projects preferred. Strong understanding of safety regulations and safety protocols on construction sites. Experience reading specifications, schematics, and technical drawings with precision. Prior management or supervising experience in a construction environment is essential, a trade is essential The ability to drive and access to a vehicle
