About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Working Site Supervisor to join our team. This is a hands-on role, where you'll lead by example while ensuring the site is cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. You will be responsible for daily supervision of cleaning operatives, completing cleaning tasks alongside your team, and maintaining excellent communication with both management and the client.

Days:

Monday - Friday 3pm - 7pm

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out cleaning duties as part of the team Supervise and support cleaning operatives to ensure standards are met Perform daily inspections and quality checks Organise cover for staff absences or holidays to maintain service delivery Manage stock levels and request consumables when required Ensure Health & Safety and COSHH procedures are always followed Liaise with management regarding any staffing or site issues Assist with training and induction of new staff Administrative duties

Skills & Experience Required:

?2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leader role (preferably in cleaning or facilities management) Strong communication and leadership skills Reliable, organised, and able to work independently Attention to detail and commitment to high standards Knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH procedures
