Our client, Taylor Woodrow, a leading infrastructure and civil engineering specialist, is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team on a major highways project in Hull.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality infrastructure works in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise site operations to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Coordinate and manage site teams, subcontractors, and resources effectively. Monitor progress against project plans and report on performance. Ensure works are delivered to specification, on time, and within budget. Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and promote a positive safety culture.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
CSCS Gold Card
SSSTS or SMSTS Certification
SWQR Street Works Supervisor
ILM Level 3 in Construction Supervision
Proven experience supervising highways or civil engineering projects. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.What We Offer:
