Site Supervisor/ Manager (SSSTS) - Manchester
We are looking for an experienced and reliable
Site Supervisor (SSSTS qualified)
to join our team in Manchester, working on a major residential development within a historic listed building.Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day site activities and trades on a live construction site Ensure health & safety compliance at all times Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants Monitor progress against programme and report to the Site/Project Manager Maintain accurate site records and carry out inductions, toolbox talks, and site checks Liaise with heritage and conservation professionals where required Assist with logistics, deliveries, and maintaining safe access routes
Requirements
Valid
SSSTS certification
(Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme)CSCS card
(essential) First Aid at Work certificate (preferred) Proven supervisory experience onresidential or refurbishment projects
Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills Experience working onheritage or listed buildings
