Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee operations at our project . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily activities, ensuring that project is completed on time and to the highest standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to effectively supervise a team.

Responsibilities

Manage all on-site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers, providing guidance and support as needed. Monitor project progress and report on any issues or delays to senior management. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met. Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project execution. Maintain accurate records of site activities, including attendance and work completed. Implement training programmes for new staff to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities. Foster a positive working environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction or related industry. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders. Ability to lead by example, motivating staff to achieve their best work. Familiarity with health and safety regulations relevant to construction sites. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Relevant qualifications or certifications in construction management or a related field would be advantageous.
