Job Overview

Due to ongoing growth an opportunity has arisen for the role of Site Supervisor for our commercial PVC schemes, this is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, successful and award-winning company.

In this role you will be responsible for the smooth operation of multiple sites across our customer base in Northern Ireland, ROI & GB dealing directly with the client main contractor. You will ensure that installation teams are remaining on schedule, safeguarding all aspects of health & safety and quality of the finished installations.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety regulations Coordinate and manage teams of workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to optimise productivity Monitor progress against project timelines and report on any delays or issues promptly Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and company policies at all times Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards and address any deficiencies Facilitate effective communication Manage procurement of materials and equipment necessary for ongoing work Maintain detailed documentation related to site activities, safety records, and progress reports

Person/Skills Required

Hard-working and motivated, capable of dealing with all facets of busy site management Have the ability to resolve issues confidently and efficiently Be willing to travel Be willing to work away from home (where a scheme is outside of NI) Be prepared to have a "hands on" approach for all aspects of site work Commitment to Health & Safety Good IT skills Proactive with good communication skills Full clean driving licence Relevant CSR Card/CSCS Card

Essential Experience

Three years' experience in site supervision

Desirable Skills & Experience:

Experience in the technical aspects of uPVC and composite products Experience in using lap-top or tablet for record keeping and site audits Experience of Supply Chain management of Construction Materials

Note:

Company vehicle provided Living away allowance and food subsistence provided as applicable Hire vehicle, accommodation, flights and parking facilitated as applicable

Pay: 38,000.00-42,000.00 per year
