The Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive

Site Supervisor

to oversee day-to-day operations on renewable energy installation sites. The successful candidate will manage and coordinate installation teams, ensuring that all work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate

heat pump

and

solar PV

installation teams on residential sites. Ensure all installations meet

industry standards

,

MCS requirements

, and

MyENERGY Solutions' quality procedures

. Conduct pre-site checks, toolbox talks, and daily site briefings. Liaise with project managers, office staff, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery. Monitor materials, deliveries, and on-site progress against project schedules. Ensure compliance with

Health & Safety regulations

, carrying out on-site risk assessments and ensuring safe working practices at all times. Inspect completed works for quality assurance before handover. Report site issues, delays, or non-conformances promptly to management. Maintain accurate site records, including photographs, attendance logs, and daily reports.

Skills & Experience Required

? Proven experience supervising renewable energy or M&E installation teams (heat pumps, solar PV, or similar)
? Excellent understanding of

H&S regulations

and

construction site management

? Strong organisational and leadership skills
? Good technical knowledge of

ASHP systems

and/or

solar PV installations

? Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
? CSCS or SSSTS certification (SMSTS desirable)
? Full UK driving licence (essential)
