require dedicated and experienced Site Supervisors to oversee operations at our site in the

Thurso KW14 7XW

area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily haul road activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and supervising staff to maintain high standards of performance. This role is crucial in fostering a productive work environment and ensuring that project goals are met efficiently.

Duties

Manage and supervise site operations, ensuring all activities are performed in accordance with company policies and procedures. Oversee the performance of team members, providing guidance and support to enhance productivity. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects. Maintain accurate records of site activities, including attendance, incidents, and project progress. Address any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly and effectively.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a construction or similar environment. Strong management skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with staff at all levels. In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to the industry. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Proficiency in using relevant software for reporting and record-keeping is advantageous. SSSTS / SMSTS
