Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee operations at our project sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and supervising team members to achieve project goals. This role is crucial in maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency while fostering a positive work environment.

Duties

Manage daily site operations, ensuring all activities are carried out efficiently and safely. Supervise and coordinate the work of site personnel, providing guidance and support as needed. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with health and safety regulations. Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and resolve any issues that arise. Prepare reports on site activities, including progress updates and incident reports. Implement best practices for site management to enhance productivity and quality of work. Train new staff members on site procedures, safety protocols, and company policies.

Experience

Proven experience in a supervisory role within waste, construction, quarries or related industry is essential. Strong skills in managing teams effectively while promoting a collaborative work environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with various stakeholders. A solid understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to construction sites is highly desirable.
