North London Loft Rooms is a growing family business building exceptional quality lofts and extensions to homeowners around North East London and Essex. Due to our strong reputation for quality craftmanship and smooth project delivery, demand for our services is high so we're on the lookout for
two tech- savvy, process driven Site Supervisors
to join our growing team.
What You'll Be Doing:
As a Site Supervisor, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of live domestic building projects ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard, on time and within budget.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing multiple live sites from groundwork through to completion.
Overseeing site teams, subcontractors, labour and materials allocation
Conducting daily site inspections and quality control checks
Providing regular progress updates via our project management system (BuilderTrend)
Liaising with clients, architects, and internal teams
Ensuring full health & safety compliance across all sites
Managing change requests and resolving site-level issues proactively
Signing off completed projects and ensuring seamless client handover
What We're Looking For:
Highly process-driven with a structured approach to site management.
Confident using technology & software, particularly Builder Trend or similar project management tools.
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in home extensions, loft conversions, or residential construction.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and health & safety compliance.
Ability to manage multiple projects, problem solve and prioritise tasks effectively.
Strong communication and client management skills
Excellent leadership and people management skills
CSCS card (preferred) and relevant site management qualifications (SMSTS or SSSTS desirable).
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites.
