Take accurate measurements and assess installation requirements as directed by Installations manager.
Quality check recently installed products creating site audits to be reviewed by Installations manager.
Liaise with site managers on new build and refurb projects regarding upcoming installations/handovers feeding back key information to the main office.
Ensure plots are CML/handover ready for our customers.
Pick up snag items. For example, changing double glazed units, installing acoustic vents, making adjustments to windows and doors.
Investigating reports in further detail prior to engineer attendance.
Support Installations manager out of site by providing guidance and professional support to on site labourers and installers.
Provide assistance on aftercare defects when necessary.
Ensure compliance with current building regulations and company standards.
Role requirements;
Essential 2 years experience working within new build construction industry.
Essential CSCS card.
Essential full UK Driving License (no more than 6 points).
Essential must have own tools to complete the works.
Proven experience in surveying UPVC windows and doors.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and organisational abilities.
